One of the premiere local industry events, the WICT Southern California Mentoring Tea provides WICT members access to leaders in the cable industry for an afternoon of candid conversation and personal interaction. Attendees include top representatives from cable companies, programmers, hardware suppliers and related entertainment sectors. Please join us for an afternoon of sharing, empowerment and inspiration.
Our facilitator and Keynote Speaker will be Grace Killelea, Vice President of Talent Management and Leadership Initiatives, Comcast. Grace will discuss Maximizing Mentorship, focusing on how to be a mentor to others, how to be the ideal mentee, non-traditional mentoring relationships and the importance of personal accountability for your career.
